A Real Estate Agent like no other, meet Scott
Hard work. I’ve had my own real estate agency since 2009. Being my own boss means it would be easy to take a day off, start late or end early. Being dedicated to helping my clients and seeing the fantastic results we achieve together keeps me going.
Responsibility. Being a sole operator you will never see me passing the buck. You will never have to deal with my personal assistant (because that’s me) or my sales administrator (me again) as I will personally handle the sale of your property. From organising the photos all the way through to ensuring a smooth settlement and hand over of keys. You will have one point of contact. Me.
Knowledge and Experience. Having been in real estate since 2006 I’ve seen the highs and lows of the property market. I’ve seen every issue that can arise during the sales process. Having this insight means I know how to prepare for any significant issues and know the right strategy to deal with it.
Expert negotiator: Buying a property is a emotional experience. An agent is more likely to put a buyer off by something they say rather than induce them to buy. There are many ways to ensure the seller achieves the best result for their property. This is what my job is and something I enjoy.
